MATERIAL

The 4.5mm thick Lexan® polycarbonate (33% cthicker than factory glass) is used, boasting excellent optical parameters, providing exceptional clarity and 23x greater resistance to damage and cracking than acrylic. Additionally, the VStream glass is coated with a Quantum hardening coating, which provides 30x greater scratch resistance than acrylic glass. The glass is covered by a 3-year warranty against cracking!

NOTE:

Both windshields: N20012 (plain windshield, without vent hole) and N20012A (with vent hole) fit models from 2001-2009. The windshields from 2001-2005 models have a 5-point mount, while those from 2006-2009 have a 3-point mount. National Cycle windshields have a 5-point mount, so they can be used on 2001-2009 motorcycles, while owners of 2006-2009 models will use only the center mount and both outer mounts for installation.

Motorcycle windshields from 2001-2003 were not factory-equipped with a vent (ventilation grille), so if the owner of such a motorcycle would like to purchase a windshield with a hole for a vent, he will have to buy a Honda vent or an accessory one.
